Beyond the Treasure Trove: A Note From the Treasurer

Happy spring everyone! As you may know, our Autobell fundraiser is currently happening until April 1st, but what exactly is it? The Autobell fundraiser is our annual way of raising money by selling $20 car wash gift cards to family, friends, neighbors, peers, etc. Especially with pollen season starting off, this is a must-have spring essential that you can get, while supporting MBSA. Now the way this works is you should have received a paper order sheet in your MBSA class, in which orders should be collected. Payments should be taken from your customers in advance, turned in to Mrs. Massengill (no later than April 1st), and then you will receive the Autobell gift cards which you will distribute to your respective customers. There is an internal MBSA class-wide competition in which the top 3 winning MBSA class periods can choose their favorite incentives. Although these are subject to change, incentives can include things like: teachers doing fun activities (dying their hair, getting pied in the face, etc.) food for the whole class, skipping a test, getting a low grade dropped, and more! All of this while supporting MBSA students, especially juniors who will be applying for internships and will need stipends.
